First of all I would like to salute all the Moms who manage their working as well as their baby care so brilliantly!
Whether you work by choice or out of necessity, Moms you handled all tasks like as a super Heroine that is why you called as "Super MOM"
Unlike olden days, family and career both are equally important for women today. However, she has to walk on a fine line of parenting when it is about taking care of a baby while working. Many of them also quit working to take care of their babies. But, for some women it is necessary to provide financial support to their families. As such they have to depend on others for taking care of their babies.
Here we can discuss about the problems or we can share our experience among all the mothers, so that every moms gets more baby care options or she can consider for taking care of her baby.

hello, I found the topic very useful. I am also a working women and faced a lot of problems to balance my work life as well as personal life. I hardly manged to devote some time for my little one. Please give some tips that can be useful for my kid and which can balance my life.

ReplyDeleteWe can understand your problem and stating some tips for you regarding your query.while working please try to follow below mentioned points so that you can cop-up with your family as well as your office.
1. After reaching office try to contact your kid weather he/she had their meal or not.
2. Always pamper your ward about the positives he/she has.
3. During lunch break at your office, please call your lovely kid and gossip atleast for 5 to 10 min.
4. Make sure he/she is safe at home at your absence.
5. After reaching home discuss all day activities with your kid.
All these tips can really benefit you and your kid.Try to boost all the activities performed by your kid and also make him/her realized that you are always their for little one whenever they want in any situation.
We can understand job is as important as our family.So, please teach yourself this moral again and again.
